That’s what I call it an EXCELLENT customer service!
One fateful Monday in March, Dreamhost, my hosting provider, experienced a major network connectivity problem as their primary Cisco switch suffered an inexplicable and hard-to-troubleshoot hardware failure.
That failure took place during most of the day so many people got angry with them and with solid reasons. What do they do? They didn’t hide themselves and provided a full explanation of the problem and what they did to fix it. None the less, they also provided information on how they will handle that events in the future.
That kind of customer service it’s what I expect when I pay for a critical service like this.
